Additional Modifications with Revenue in Mind

Here is an update of changes made since the last post.
- Added a Home page containing an overview of the site’s purpose
- Added a post page called Blog that I inserted a Google Adsense 468×15 link ads banner at the top of the page
- Moved the Pages Navigation section from the right sidebar to the top of the left sidebar
- Turned on the show_count flag in the Categories Navigation section of the left sidebar and tweaked the stylesheet for this feature so that it displayed the count on the same line
- Implemented a Google Adsense vertical text ads banner (160×600) in the left sidebar
- Set the permalink style to be Day & Name format (an optimization for search engine indexing)
Since I am still building the site structure, I wanted to make a quick post to document what I have accomplished today. There will be another post by tomorrow outlining further modifications, since there are still a significant amount of additions that I have yet to instantiate.
